It's really nice of Ms. Seetoh to do this. =D but she can be naggy at times. D=anyway, we went to celebrate ADNA's 18th BDAY! haha. nice! ate at pizzahut AGAIN! then, today, ayesha and i went to Australia Uni Open hse tgt. met daniel after that and i got high playing bishi bashi(new version!) <3

BTW, i think that: "Student A, the one in the photo, asked, 'Oh, what's the liquid called in a pregnant woman that protects the baby?' "Students B & C answered, 'Oh, it's called the amniotic fluid.' "Student A then proudly said, 'Oh that means now that I'm not pregnant, I only have a little amniotic fluid.' "Student B proudly replied, 'Oh ya! There's only a bit of amniotic fluid in you now as you're so skinny.' "The 3 students laughed loudly. this, is totally academic. WTH?! how can this even be sick/sensitive. i can only think that it might be offensive to those who cant conceive. birth is a beautiful thing and amniotic fluid is not like some disgusting thing la! WTH! i cant believe anyone can actually find this offensive, seriously. anyway, i think they just had a lesson on it that day and hence, just wanted to get the facts right. the next issue is that the girls discussed about condoms and how it is sold and about their teacher buying condoms. i think that it is healthy to talk about preventive/safe sex. sex is a healthy activity for all humans. and sexual education is healthy isnt it. if it isnt supposed to be discussed in public, how can it even be thought in sch?! (my sch mass taught us how to help a guy wear a condom, believe it or not) |

Sunday, May 23, 2010 @ 11:04 PM LZX and DOGS today, i went to IMM and saw many many teens queuing up for smt. after i found out that LUO ZHI XIANG is gonna visit IMM, i told my parents. and they went like: " WTH! teens nowadays waste their time like tat. what do you get in return. just to see a face? and the idol wouldnt recognise you anyway, they might even be laughing at all these goons." hmmm... what can i say. the funniest thing is i went airport to welcome a korean grp before. haha. and that was worse cus i couldnt even see their faces. anyway, i cant really talk back so i was like: " he's damn good-looking la!" and trying to shift their focus away from the teens to how good-looking LZX is. =D BTW, my cousin and her husband just left my hse with their dog, named xiao Q. it's white and his (i think) eyes are so clear, shiny and clean!! damn nice. then once, it tried to go into our kitchen den my dog totally barked at it and stood in xiao Q's way. haha. but after that, xiao Q decided to chase after my dog and my dog freaked out and ran like mad. HAHA! it's freaking hilarious. humji dog and humji me! anyways, both of them DROOLED all over the place. YUCKS. and xiao Q licked my feet when i wasnt looking. and i have a blister at that exact same place. its damn itchy now. i feel sad for xiao Q cus it licked my blister! im going to go bath now. =D ps. i figured all people need friends.

@ 9:48 PM FRIENDS... -.- This post was meant to be published yesterday but due to some problems with the phone, i can only post it today. Im feeling so irritated i have to make a post through my phone cus its damn lag. but i have to stand up for and by my friend. She's probably crying now and i dare not call her cus i dont know how to handle the situation. but i want to let her know that i will stand by her. always. Everyone has their flaws. and i am going to say abt how 'bad' this particular fren is. 1)she rarely says 'please' and just take ur stuff. 2)she brings stuff toys to sch and shows them to the rest of e class. 3)she laugh at every nonsensicle stuff. 4)she always makes exaggerated actions and hit u in your face. 5)she speaks like you are irritating her sometimes. 6)she's so freaking noisy during lessons i wish she could just shut up. here are her 6 major flaws. and i can see that they are pretty nasty and you must be tinking "why the fuck wld someone want to be her fren. no wonder she's crying. HA!!" still, she have great frens supporting her and standing by her side. cheehooi, yun rou, eeling, pamela, daniel, and of course I, are (needless to say) proud to be her frens who can have htht for even 5 whole hours. well, seriously speaking, i hate her for taking without asking. but she's the type of person who let u take her stuff without asking too. it's hard to get used to it. but u will soon realise she is much more generous than u tink. she lends you stuff without qns asked because she trusts. and tats what all friendships are abt, isnt it? she brings toys bought by her boyfriends and 'show off' to the class. it seems irritating. but let's think deeper. what if you have a fren and she tells eveyone how great you are and brings the presents u gave her ard to 'show off' to the rest because she is PROUD to have such a great fren like you! To me, tats a pretty sweet thing to do. and i certainly wouldnt be upset abt it. and shouldnt u feel happy that she have a boyfren she's really proud of? i admit i wasnt sure that she's doing the right thing by accepting him but let it be. daniel's her bf. not urs. she knows him more than you do. so in wad position are u (or I) to dislike her relationship. at the most, we can only express our opinions. one thing i srly dont understand is: a person cannot make friends with her friend's enemy. must you distance away from ur friends just because u dislike them being tgt?? and the prob is : YOU distance away from her and she has not. It is pretty obvious that u walked away from her. how can someone be so irresponsible to just leave her fren without any explanation and not even a chance to change! Ayesha may seem rude but u are even ruder. she kindly lent u her notes and u just pointed to her words and give a super irritated face:'wads this?' and u actually scolded her being a joker. wtf?? dont copy from her den. get ur own freaking notes. (get the convo on ayesha's blog: www.glam-finale.blogspot.com) BTW, flaws no. 3,4,6 is what sets her different from others and these are the characteristics that make u laugh like mad. provide leisure or just a smile during the most boring lessons u can have! i cant understand no5 but now we are just down to one flaw. whr can u find a person with one irritating flaw only?? now i want to tell the person who made her cry. you took ur frens for granted. you treat ppl so nice when u are in good mood but treat them like junk when u arent in a good mood... maybe u havent noticed this but now im going to tell u, if u still choose to leave such a great person now, you will look back someday and regret wad u did. it doent matter anymore. it wld be great tat you'll be close frens with ayesha again. but if u dont, ayesha, dont worry. you still have the rest of us. and we will love u. always. u deserve better anyway. |

Wednesday, May 12, 2010 @ 5:58 PM WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE SCHOOL?! TODAY. i went to watch RVFBT match against VJC. VJC won 9-0 (if im not wrong). but i do feel that RVFBT tried their best. I reached the CCK stadium after the match started and the score was already 6-0. It was an exciting match even though the RVFBT's scores are lagging behind. You can see that the girls fought to the last minute and that is indeed VERY ADMIRABLE. BTW!! the main focus of this post is on the (traditional?) culture of River Valley High. When i first stepped into the court, i saw a sea of supporters cheering from their seats. Immediately, i supposed it was half VJC supporters and half RV supporters. Then, Chee Hooi, Yanyi, Adna and I, started to look for a seat beside any Rv-ians. To my horror, 90% (or possibly even more) of the crowd are from VJC. During my time spent enjoying the thrilling match, VJC supporters cheered MORE THAN 10 times! So Yanyi decided to cheer too, and only the four of us and Silvia (who was there) cheered. Of course it cant be compared to the LOUD and DISTINCT cheers of VJC supporters but I am sure it definitely boosted the morale of RVFBT (at least a little?) Anyway, why are RV-ians so not active? Even in matches carried out in our very own campus, not a large grp of rv-ians will be present to support RV teams. Is it our culture? Well, I believe it's part of the school's fault and of course part of it ours. First, the school DOESNT announce matches/ competitions! maybe the school doesnt see the need to announce since we may not be champions. But isnt the process more important than victory? RV has always emphasized on this point but approached things in the oppposite way! For example, when any ARTS cca get "Gold With Honours" in SYF, the announcement will be made almost immediately through the whole school. If not, (CO-gold, Band-silver) the announcement will be delayed days after or even, NOT announced at all. That's not the spirit! RVians do not have confidence in themselves. How many are willing or daring enough to speak up during assemblies? it's always the few people who dare to face the audience. Of course, I am part of the majority and I cannot understand why I dare not speak up in public too. Perhaps, it is because of our school's system. RVians are afraid of speaking up because of the consequences! If you oppose RV's views on ANYTHING and voice it out loud, something bad will somehow just happen to you. Moreover, even if we say anything the school does not respond. Just look at how long it takes for the school to make improvements (updates on SMS boards). and they just simply reject/avoid/ignore our suggestions/complaints if they do not like them. Well, if nothing is going to be done even if we voice it out (and we may even get trouble), what's the FREAKING point of telling the school about our problems? Look at the SC campaigns when tissue papers are placed in canteens for our convenience. Personally, i feel that it is a great idea and very sweet thing for the SCs to do. BUT what happened AFTER the campaign? I see NO tissue packs AT ALL! did they do that just to get votes and have it recorded in portfolio?! Are they really the bridge between the student body and sch? ARE they conveying the RIGHT messages across? DID they take care of the minorities in the student body? IT IS FAIR to say that RV places academic results as the most important criteria. To me, RV places too much focus on academic results. That brings me to the point that, SCs, generally, have good results! So how can they understand the real needs/ wants of those with not-so-good results. SCs SHOULD include representatives from a range of RVians. Rvians are not even given a chance to VOTE for their representatives because certain potential ones are already DISCRIMINATED AGAINST and not even allowed to vote for. ---end of complaining abt rv-- oh btw, why RED SPORTS did not write an article on any match played by RV before the semi-finals?!
